Refund policy

We want you to love your Layali fragrance as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

- The product must be in its original, unopened condition.

- The item must be in resellable condition, with all original packaging intact.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened or used, as this affects our ability to resell the item.

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer care team at customerservices@layaliofficial.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
